At Maizal, everything starts with the tortilla: handmade, nixtamalised corn tortillas. Our French meats simmer for hours in our kitchen: beef barbacoa, cochinita ahumada, tinga de pollo. Sauces and guacamole are made fresh every morning, and hot sauce is served on the side. Authentic, homemade Mexican cuisine, a short walk from Louise Michel metro station.

Meet the Cousins
Two chefs, two cousins, one goal: to make your taste buds dance to the rhythm of Mexican flavours.
Eder and Sebastián are two cousins from Monterrey. One learned French cuisine in renowned establishments, the other the art of the taco in Mexico. Since 2023, they have run this small independent Mexican restaurant in Levallois-Perret together, recognised by the Embassy of Mexico.
