Eder
Originally from Monterrey, Eder brings to Maizal his generous and gourmet know-how, inspired by the flavors of northern Mexico.
A graduate in French cuisine 10 years ago, he perfected his art in renowned palaces and restaurants in France and England, before returning to his roots to share authentic Mexican cuisine in Paris.
Sebastian
Born in Monterrey, he grew up in Mexico City. Sebastian learned his trade in the taquerias of Mexico City, where he learned the art of being a true taquero .
Today, he puts this experience to work in the service of sincere and generous cuisine, faithful to Mexican traditions.
